F45 Trunk or Treat + Community Event
Join us at F45 Training in New Tampa on October 17, 2026, from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM for a free community event dedicated to supporting women affected by cancer and raising awareness for breast cancer.
Guests can participate in FREE workout classes, with the first class beginning at 7:30 AM and the second at 8:45 AM. Attendees are encouraged to wear pink in support of breast cancer awareness!
The event will also feature a variety of activities and experiences for the whole family, including Trunk or Treat, local vendors, a coffee pop-up, raffles, kids’ activities, and more.
Lake House Wellness Experience by Popoppilates
Join us for the Popuppilates Lake House Wellness Experience: Bejeweled Edition on October 17, 2026, from 5:45 PM to 8:00 PM! This special evening guests can enjoy Pilates, yoga, music, beauty experiences, flowers, and a variety of special touches throughout the evening.
Empower Wellness will be joining the event to provide mental health and wellness resources, along with a “Letter to Your Future Self” activity and a group Mini Wellness Session focused on taking a mindful pause and prioritizing your well-being. This is a ticketed event
