Join us at F45 Training in New Tampa on October 17, 2026, from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM for a free community event dedicated to supporting women affected by cancer and raising awareness for breast cancer.

Guests can participate in FREE workout classes, with the first class beginning at 7:30 AM and the second at 8:45 AM. Attendees are encouraged to wear pink in support of breast cancer awareness!

The event will also feature a variety of activities and experiences for the whole family, including Trunk or Treat, local vendors, a coffee pop-up, raffles, kids’ activities, and more. Empower Wellness will be tabling at the event to connect with the community and provide mental health and wellness resources for attendees.
